The Armstrong is named after the local family who owned and ran the pub for over 50 years. The Armstrong’s East facing aspect takes in the extraordinary beauty of the South Tyne Valley. In response, the walls are adorned in a sumptuous mole green, punctuated with rich jewel tones, evident in the beautiful bespoke velvet headboard and bucket chair. Each room has its own personality, in the weave of the fabric, hue of the walls, textures and antique gems.
All rooms have a spacious en-suite, king size Hypnos luxury mattress, power shower, smart TV, DAB blue tooth radio, hairdryer, mini fridge, fair trade down duvet and pillows, luxury cotton towels and bathrobes and sustainably made toiletries by The Bath House, made in Cumbria.
