Pennine Ways Holiday Cottages is the sister company to the long-established estate and letting agents, Pennine Ways. Founded in 1991 by Jeremy Higgs, the family-run business has grown steadily over the years and now operates a busy office in Haltwhistle alongside its head office in Alston.

Pennine Ways Holiday Cottages was established in 2012 in response to the increasing demand for high-quality holiday accommodation in the area. With a dedicated local team, we offer in-depth knowledge of the region and pride ourselves on providing a truly bespoke and personal service.

As a property owner, you can relax knowing your cottage is in safe hands. We take care of marketing, property management, and preparing your cottage for guests — and we’re on hand throughout their stay.
